Hello and welcome

We are Safari and Alex, an energetic couple travelling around Australia. We adore all animals but have the most experience with cats and dogs but also birds, rabbits, guinea pigs and farm animals. We are clean, tidy, respectful and capable of looking after any animal and any property.

About us

I am from New Zealand and Alex is born and bred in Ballina, NSW. I grew up on sheep and beef farms with lots of pets always under my care and Alex has owned dogs, birds and rabbits growing up. We are both responsible working people. I have my bachelors of nursing but have also worked in many different industries and Alex has been an Electrician for 8 years. We have decided to pack up our Ute and hit the road to explore all Australia has to offer. Our hobbies include Mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing and snorkelling but also relaxing with a good book and cooking a delicious meal. We are missing our own pets we had to sadly leave behind in NZ so are more than willing to cuddle any animal.

What a lovely young couple! And they have an amazing way with animals - befriending one of our very timid cats and having our calf Lotus coming up for a big scratch. Returning home in the very early hours of the morning and finding a freshly baked loaf and some way too delicious muffins in the kitchen was such a nice touch and meant we didn't need to rush out for something for breakfast.
