South Eastern Victoria - Gippsland

Quiet country village in West Gippsland highlands, famous for its local pub, 'The Nooj' but it has another restaurant and café.,

Close to Mt Baw Baw snowfields and bushwalking tracks, waterfalls etc.
Supermarket shopping 18 klms in small town or 35 kilms away in major town/city. 3 bedrooms pleasant garden and neighbours.

Only 'pets' are numerous wild bird species, mostly parrots, that come several times per day for their birdseed.

Own car essential -- limited twice daily bus service..
