I am a quiet, fit, healthy, single mid 50ish woman looking to sit close to the beach, I love to walk or ride my bike so prefer to leave the car in the garage as much as possible.
I am keen for any long stay beachside locations in West Australia. I have owned my own home, both in the suburbs and on property and have lived in teacher housing, having excellent housesit and rental references.
I love my early beach walks, a clean, tidy and peace filled home, and enjoy a bit of gardening. Although I don't currently have a fur baby, they have been a big part of my life and I love nothing more than sharing my walks and cuddles. This was our first time using a house sitter and Amanda was amazing. She communicated regularly to keep us updated on arriving mail, kept the lawn and garden in check and managed to nurse my favorite ficus back from the dead. Both our cats look healthier than when we left them, and are clearly missing her. In fact, the entire house and garden is in better shape than when we left. Mandy is a lovely, easygoing, reliable house sitter. With a love for the outdoors and beach, we knew she would be the perfect person to stay and enjoy our home for a couple of weeks. Amanda took good care of our pets & we came home to a neat & tidy house. Unfortunately we didn't receive updates other than the 1st & last day. I would have liked more as my dog is very elderly. I am quite strict with who my sitters have in my home. I had to phone Amanda on the 2nd day asking her not to have any guests, other than her daughter for Christmas Lunch as we discussed. Mandy cared for my house as if it were her own. i have never been happier with the state of the home after returning from a period away. her care for my (numerous) plants has been unparalleled and i would recommend her to anyone and everyone. her communication was great and she was massively patient with my very temperamental connectivity.

Amanda was a perfect house sitter. She took good care of our pool which looked pristine when we got back. She turned our garden into a weed-free paradise which was such a pleasant surprise. The house was spotless as well and we even got a new fence whilst being on holidays.
