We are working professionals with a love of animals of all kinds. Between us over the years we have been pet parents to everything from a German Shephard to a tiny Westie, and a 19 year old tortoiseshell sweetpea to a half-Bengal wildman. Matt as a boy even had a Dingo cross. Not to mention the chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs that have long been part of our lives.

We're experienced pet people who have also managed common and not so common pet medical conditions including epilepsy, allergies, cat flu, special diets, thyroid issues, anxiety and sibling rivalry!

We'd love to look after your crew so that you can relax on your break and know that all is well at home.

Catherine's job takes her back and forth from NZ to Melbourne, and pet sitting provides time away from hotels, pet company and maybe even a garden! Our adult children also live in Melbourne, so Matt comes too. It's a good chance to visit them.

We have used Kiwihousesitters both as sitters and for our own pets when we go away. It's a full circle to look after other people's pets with Aussiehousesitters while our own are cared for by Kiwihousesitters.
