Double storey house with guest bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Open plan layout downstairs which is the main living area. Heated pool however heating usually turned off during winter. This can be negotiated though. We have central heating/cooling and also oil heaters to save cost. We need someone to look after our 2.5yr old cavoodle and to make sure he is in his crate at night and let out in the morning. If you feel like taking him for a walk he will love you for ever but this is not essential. He does run around the yard a lot. He is a very active but affectionate dog who unfortunately does still like socks and thongs (flipflops). We are unsure how he would go with other dogs here so prefer no other pets but willing to discuss further if applicable to you.
