Marie & Noah

Hello everyone!
We, Marie and Noah, are taking a little break from our studies in our home country of Germany to travel around your beautiful continent. We have already spent two months travelling the fantastic east coast of Australia in a campervan. During this time we have learned to love the nature and people here. That is why we would like to extend our stay here. Since we both love animals and grew up with pets, we came across the possibility of Aussie Housesitters.
At home we are both currently studying to be primary school teachers and have already completed our bachelor's degree. We have been living together with two cats for a year and have both grown up in houses and therefore know the responsibilities that come with that.
I (Marie) have grown up with animals since early childhood and have been very fond of animals ever since. I have had rabbits, fish, turtles, cats and dogs. Since I was 7 years old I have had one and later two cats as a pet and am therefore very aware of the responsibility. In addition, my father has had a Bernese Mountain Dog since I was 12 years old, which I visit regularly and am almost always alone with. So I have already gained good experience in dealing with large dogs.
And I (Noah) also grew up with two cats and have become a big cat lover. In addition, I have looked after foster dogs from time to time and in this context gained experience with small and medium-sized dogs.
