Stan & Anne

We are Stan and Anne, a retired Australian couple, married for 46 years. We have been dog owners for most of our lives. In order to facilitate annual overseas travel and visiting our two sons, aged 39 and 37, we made the decision to no longer have pets of our own. Our sons and partners currently reside in Tugun, southern Queensland, and Cornwall, UK. Our current interest in house sitting is specific to the Tugun area. Our son Craig, and partner, Hannah (both architects) live in Pacific Parade, Tugun. They have a 1 year old son. We seek to spend periods visiting them without imposing on their family life.

Anne loves to paint and draw, Stan loves a game of tennis and bird watching, we both enjoy keeping fit and healthy. We are non-smokers and enjoy working in the garden. We are fortunate to enjoy good health playing tennis three times a week, cycle daily and take regular walks.

As a couple we have done previous house sits/dog sits in Sydney (NSW)....Freshwater and Redfern, Galston (NSW), Robina, Noosa Banks and Marcoola (Queensland), and all six have been great experiences for us. We undertook these sits prior to settling down in Noosa Springs golf estate where we own our residence.

We are Australian citizens having relocated from Durban, South Africa, in 2013.
