Hi I am Gary of a family of three. We are very loving and family orientated. Over the decades, we have had many animals in our family, so far: dogs, cats, guinea pigs, a bird, chickens, fish and mice. We are still looking for a forever-home dog after our rescue-dog, Bella, died in 2017.
We believe in sustainability and alternative environmental options instead of industrial/chemical options - if we have to use a mainstream option we don't mind, but obviously environmental is our first choice. We love and accept all the people and culture that embodies our beautiful Earth. Our lives are simple and we aren't too radical when it comes to our social life, we just like keeping to ourselves most of the time.
We have owned our own homes in the past and are conscious of maintenance and upkeep to ensure the house retains its value. We always leave the home in the way we found it. It would be an honour to care for your home, pets and your garden. We take pride in our housekeeping.

My interests are fishing, gardening, spiritual, natural medicines, reading, walking, cooking, metal detecting and renovating.
Vanessa's interests are arts and crafts, religion/mythology/ spirituality/fairytales, Wisdom Crosswords and cryptograms, gardening, home preserves, board games/cards, bargain hunting, upcycling/recycling, music and family.
Alfred's interests are gaming, reading, creative writing, film, family movie night, entomology (insects) and neuroscience.

Gary, Vanessa and Alfred were the ideal housesitters. They took excellent care of our two dogs and were enormously helpful when we were unable to return home when expected because of a lockdown. Their communication was flawless and we were able to relax because we felt very confident that our home and dogs were in good hands. Also, the house was spotless when we returned! Gary, Vanessa and Alfred recently sat our home in Murchison Vic for a period of 4 weeks and they did a great service to us. They maintained our house, extensive grounds and large vegie garden [which required a lot of watering during a very dry period] in excellent condition and I know our dog, Dusty, was very happy to have them look after him. They are very concientious, nothing was ever a problen or trouble to them and their communication was perfect.

Gary and his family (wife and older teen-aged son) began a two-month house-sit which, due to Covid19, has lasted 9 months! It has been a privilege to have Gary and family look after our house and garden. They have initiated extra upkeep to the house and garden have been excellent communicators and have been honest and reliable. We would be very happy to have them stay again and recommend them highly to others. We wish them Godspeed for their next sit.

We would like to thank Gary, Vanessa and Alfred for the excellent job they did in looking after our precious Bessie and the care taken in looking after everything for 5 weeks the house was cleaner than when we left and they kept in touch with us and even got photos on christmas day. I highly recommend them as great house sitters.

Gary, Vanessa and Alfred were perfect sitters. This was out first experience and they did much to allay whatever concerns we had. The the four weeks, they not only looked after our family pets, house and garden; but also solved two plumbing issues with a minimum of fuss. Their communication was great and allowed us to enjoy our time away. On return, the house was spotless and we have no hesitation is recommending them to others.
