Lovely 3 story, 3 bed, 2 bathroom duplex opposite Stumers creek. 100m walk to dog friendly beach, 200m walk to shops and cafes, 400m to Surf club and patrolled beach. 5 mins drive to Peregian beach, 20 mins drive to Noosa and 15 mins to airport.
This is an older style, spacious beach home. Double beds in each bedroom, one with ensuite. Living area has 2 seater and 3 seater couches, large 17 inch smart tv, bookcase filled with books and games. Dining area has dining table with seating for 6 and kitchen bar with 3 stools. Spread out over 3 levels, offers spacious and comfortable living, kitchen and dining area on the middle level opening up to an alfresco deck to enjoy those balmy summer evenings and listen to the waves lapping on the shore. Outdoor dining, couch and BBQ are situated on the deck. Upstairs offers 2 double bedrooms and lower level has bedroom, ensuite and laundry opening out to back verandah and private courtyard.
Room for 2 cars off street parking. You’ll be caring for our little mini fox and my pot plants. Some raking of the driveway and back courtyard just to keep it looking neat and tidy. Walking our little dog daily on the beach will be a pleasure!

Please note I will be coming home for 1 night on the 21st Dec between trips. I don’t mind if you stay or if you have alternative accommodation for 1 night that would be great.
