Large, modern three bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, enclosed backyard with an outdoor area and lawn, located in the Barossa region. We are situated close to facilities, it's about 10 minutes drive from the main surrounding towns for shopping.

Other members of the family include a cockatiel bird that enjoys your company, listening to music and lives indoors, some small fish that will require feeding in fish tank and two dogs who like to sleep outside but do like to enjoy your company when at home in the evenings or weekends, playing ball or going for regular walks. The dogs are a border collie X cavalier and a Staffy X. The staffy x is about 2 years old, has been to training however sometimes gets excited and forgets her manners.

There a small amount of hand watering required on warm days, or every few days which includes some pot plants, a herb patch, garden bed and some lawn and garden bed which is on a sprinkler system. We have indoors plants that usually only require a water once a week unless very hot weather so they are usually done prior to us leaving.
