Beaumaris VIC

The home is located in beautiful Beaumaris in a prime location. A 10 minute walk to the beach and Ricketts point (your new fav spot for a morning coffee and brunch). We're located a 2 minute walk from Beaumaris bowls and tennis club and a 10 minute walk from Beaumaris shops. The house itself is nestled in a quiet pocket of the neighbourhood, surrounded by trees and birds. The house is two floors, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and an office upstairs that looks over the street. The home is very spacious and open. It has a small indoor golf putting green for you to brush up on your skills. The home itself is in the process of being teared down by the owners and is somewhat withered but that's very minimal.

Once you've settled into your holiday spot, it's important you meet Bug, our cat. She is a beautiful black cat with a sweet nature. She's a rescue and can be a little shy at first but once she gets used to you, she's so gooey and will sit on your lap and likely try and play hide and seek with you. She's very chilled so doesn't need too much care. We mainly just want someone here to feed her in the morning and night, clean out her kitty litter and make sure she knows she's safe here with someone. A cuddle with her would go a long way. :)

The rest of the house we don't require any care or cleaning etc. Mainly just tidying after yourself before you leave and watering our plants once a while. We have 3 house plants that we haven't really done a good job in keeping alive but we're trying haha.
