We need a house sitter

Perth - Other Western Suburbs

Hi
This opportunity would suit a clean, tidy, quiet and respectful sitter(s). Who's happy to leave my home, clean and tidy.

You will be looking after one mature cat (Maya).
Maya requires feeding (twice a day) and water changed regularly. She drinks a bit in summer.

She is accustomed to me working away from home throughout the day, so it's not a requirement to be home all the time, evenings would be prefered though.

My aim is to find a Sitter(s) to move in and house sit the duration.
Apposed to stopping by to feed Maya twice (or once) a day for a small amount of time.

A meet and greet before hand is required.

Maya is an only pet, low maintenance and enjoys the company of people.

It would also be great for Maya and myself if you appreciate the company, and are comfortable around cats. 8-))

I am flying out on the 23rd and back on the 28th of Dec, drop in to pick-up my car to drive, same day, down south to the 2nd of Jan.

The home/sit DOES NOT come with WIFI, I have a mobile device which will be coming with me on my trip. And I haven't owned a tv for a while, I mainly use an tablet or busy doing other things to warrant purchasing another.

Due to warmer months it is required that my plants are watered. A good soaking front and back at least once a week. Or twice if you have time and enjoy being in the garden.

My home is in a quiet neighbourhood, friendly quiet neighbours and in close proximity to beaches, parks, nature reserves, shops... plus loads more,

We enjoyed house sitting for Damien and with Maya. Maya let us know whenever she wanted an extra chinrub, snuggle, and a snack outside of her regular feeding times and was a pleasure to look after. The house is in a great central spot for walks, the beach, and shops. We are not the greenest thumbs that walked the earth, however, Damien provided excellent communication on what was needed and we enjoyed the sanctuary of the garden as we listened to music when watering the pot plants. The house was very clean and comfortable,Maya was very affectionate and easy to care for. Communication was very quick as we both got caught up with covid lockdown so felixability was a must. Would be happy to sit for Damien again .

Damien is very friendly. The house is very easy to clean and maintain, with lots of information for sitters. Maya is gorgeous and thinks she is a dog as she follows you around the house all day!

Damien was very organised, having clearly used house-sitters regularly. His home was very comfortable, and the afternoon winter sun in the lounge-room was a pleasure. But the star of the show was Maya. She is a lovely cat, and kept us company whenever we were at home. She was pretty relaxed about us going out too. Damien's place was a nice, minimal, neat & tidy unit with lots of plants. We really enjoyed the sitting room with the afternoon sun, and Maya was such a sweet old soul. She loved company and we often found her curled up on the couch nearby. Floreat was a quaint little suburb with a couple of nice cafes. And not two far from lake Monger which was a nice lake walk. Damien was really friendly and very easy to deal with. We would happily recommend this sit.

No rating Damien owner of Maya his cat communicated well and I met them before taking housesit. Flat was comfortable and plant pots making garden and inside homely. Cat was no trouble and friendly. Everything easy to find, clean and tidy. Lovely area.

Wonderful housesitting experience with a great host! I enjoyed every moment of my stay taking care of beautiful Maya the cat and exploring the picturesque area of Floreat. Communication with Damien was friendly and easy from the get go. I would not hesitate to do this house sit again and look forward to doing so in the future.
