Dear Houseowners and Pet lovers,
My name is Carolin, and I am originally from Germany.
I have been living on the road since October 2018, exploring New Zealand and Australia extensively throughout the years and have enjoyed many housesits along the way.
My next destination is Asia, planned for mid next year, so I totally understand the itch to go travelling and the worry to leave your home and fur babies in safe hands.
For me Housesitting is a great way to have a safe and homely place for a while with an abundant amount of pet love (hopefully). I mainly use Aussie House Sitters, Facebook or word-of-mouth, which allowed me to look after amazing places, beautiful animals and also make great connections with house owners.
I am currently travelling from Cairns to Perth over Broome and am planning to stop for a while anywhere south of Perth. Likely around December, January and February. If you are looking for a trustworthy, caring, reliable and respectful house sitter please don't hesitate to reach out. Since I will be staying in an area for a while, I would prefer a longer housesit which allows me to settle again and work for a few days. I usually try to meet house owners personally, so people can get to know each other but unfortunately that's a bit difficult while travelling. But I would be more than happy to have a video chat.

Carolin looked after our Maltese shit like her own. She took him to the vet for an ear problem. Put up with him sleeping in her bed. When we got home he didn’t know where to sleep.
The lawns were mowed and veggie gardens still producing.
I can highly recommend Carolin and would have her back anytime.
I found Carolin to be an easy going and responsible person to leave my home and greyhound in the care of,
I arrived home from my trip to find my place clean and tidy, and importantly, my furry longboi Huxley, happy and healthy.
Carolin is a fantastic house sitter. We highly recommend her. She did a great job, Both house and garden were in excellent conditions when we we returned home.

Communication was good and she kept me up to date with anything that was happening during her stay.

Carolin was the first house sitter I have ever used, Carolin has set the bar extremely high.
After first contact, Carolin came to the house to introduce herself and everything just flowed from there, nothing is to much of a problem and more than capable of problem solving and resolving it.
Carolin is easy going and it was a pleasure to meet her.
There is nothing more secure than having people at home while you're away. Get a house sitter.
