Hello,
My name is Shelley and I love connecting new people and places through house sitting. I have had some lovely house-sitting experiences and enjoy doing it for two main reasons – just to get a change of scene and to be around some adorable pets for a while – especially since we lost our beautiful Aussie Shepherd girl, this year. (aged 15)
Often, but not always, I travel with my daughter who is a Uni student and a reliable and respectful house guest.
My work as an educator and coach/mentor, is mostly online so I am able to spend lots of time with your fur babies and keep them company.
I am committed to making house sitting experience a truly mutually beneficial experience. I promise to look after your home as I would my own – with respect and thoughtfulness, keeping it clean and tidy and responsibly managing any issues that might arise. I am quite house-proud,
Recognizing that this is a position of great trust, I have put together a checklist of considerations to put in place when organising a house sit. This might really help if you are new to this arrangement – and has been invaluable to me in the past.

Shelley was the best sitter I have had. Her communication in relation to the sit, made me feel I could relax and enjoy my holiday without any concerns for Siri and my home. I came home to find it exactly as I had left it. Siri (my dog) was relaxed and happy, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Shelley and her lovely daughter for any other housesits.
Shelley recently house-sat for us during the Easter holidays, providing attentive care not only for our home but also for our cherished dog and two cats. Shelley and her daughter Isabelle did a wonderful job looking after our home and fur babies. The home was spotless when we returned and the pups were very happy. shelly was very easy to communicate with and sent us updates and photos of our pups. She took them for walks and to cafes in our area. We would not hesitate in recommending Shelley and Isabelle. Thank you!
It was a pleasure to have Shelley come and house/pet sit for us while we were overseas. We had complete trust in Shelley and were happy to welcome her into our home to mind our beloved pets Indie, Jasper, and Nibbles who are absolutely spoilt rotten.

Shelley was fantastic. Due to a couple of events out of the control of either of us, it wasn't as easy for Shelley as it should have been. She hung in regardless, looked after my old dog Chuck Doris very, very well and I was able to have the week away with my friends. It was a pleasure to meet Shelley and I hope to do so again.
Shelly and her daughter where such east guests to have in the home. We could trust them to look after our two girls (dogs) and our home. They looked after the place better then you can expect and made our girls feel calm at home and we'll looked after. What a pleasure to have Shelley and her family look after our home. Our dogs were so happy to welcome Shelley and her lovely dog Milly, and they had a wonderful time together.
