We need a house sitter

Regional NSW - North West Slopes

House in Gunnedah with 2 furnished bedrooms available. House is clean and tidy and in a good area of town.

I have 1 budgie that will need to have his water and food changed every 2 days and covered at night.

Lawns will need to be watered. Gates will need to be unlocked each fortnight for lawns to be mowed by a contractor. Specific dates will be provided.

WIFI available, 2 living spaces and large outdoor area. TV’s have access to streaming via chromecast only.

Off street parking, however no undercover parking.
