About the House:
- Older style home with character and charm
- Walking distance to a local supermarket and coffee shop (5 minutes)
- Just 15 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by car) to Dickson’s restaurant precinct, Coles, and Woolworths
- Tram stop a quick 5-minute stroll away, offering easy access to the city or Epic if you’re heading to the folk festival

What’s Involved:
- Light plant care: watering a couple of house plants once a week
- Caring for two wonderful dogs:
- A Cavalier King Charles who thrives on love and cuddles
- A medium/large Groodle who’s more affectionate and enjoys quality time

Accommodation Details:
- 1 bedroom available (other rooms are set up as a study and for other uses)
- Unfortunately, not suitable for caravans
