Regional NSW - Central West Slopes

We joined Aussie House Sitters in the search for interested person/s to look after our farm so we may be able to have some short breaks away.
We have had farm sitters on five occasions now.
Life for us is 100 acres 15kms south of Dubbo, central west NSW.
My husband is a retired Police officer, and I am a Flight Nurse working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
We have a son and daughter living locally with four beautiful grandchildren and able to be contacted if necessary.
Daily tasks for us are:
Dogs and cats fed at dusk.
Chooks have self feeders and just need water topped up as necessary, collect and enjoy the fresh eggs!
We were in drought for many years, fortunately as this broke we were able to restart our garden. It's low maintenance and just requires minimal watering.
We would prefer suitable sitters to have their own ensuited van as there is easy access to power and rain water. We do not have any issues with use of other facilities.. such as the laundry and comforts of the lounge room and fireplace... the dogs love to keep us company in front of the fire!
Much to see and do around Dubbo and we live just down the road from Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
Please contact us if you think you would be interested in helping us out in return for a break in the country! Beautiful outlook now the drought has broken. Friendly, quiet and private neighbourhood.
Many thanks!
Jane
