A little about me ~

I have served in the military for 3 years and have been a police officer for 22 years, therefore you are very certain that your pets and belongings are in safe hands.

My children are all adults and for many years I was a sole parent looking after my 4 beautiful children - whilst working full-time shift work and therefore I am no slouch.

Personally my habits are very fairly structured and I am health conscious, a non-smoker, social drinker (rare) and maintain a good level of fitness. I enjoy walking and I am very happy to take your dog/s for a walk and expect that they are well trained and obedient.

My housesitting journey ~

In December 2016 I began my housesitting adventure and I call it an adventure because it has changed my life and given me the freedom to travel (in between sits) and be very independent in more ways than I ever imagined.

Therefore I have been housesitting on and off (between travelling etc..) for almost 5 years now and have enjoyed the experience.

It has been such a pleasure to cultivate rapport with owners and their beautiful pets. As those who engaged my services, have never hesitated to contact me when they needed further care and I have made very solid connections through housesitting.

I am more than happy to send you references from happy owners who have retained my services on and off over 2-3 years and a link for online reviews (2016-current) if you require them.

Some considerations ~

Due to previous situations I would like to address the following -

I am unable to housesit for a smoking household (I am a non-smoker),

I require a proper bedroom with a reasonable bed / bedding, heating (air conditioning or a least a fan) and somewhere to organise my clothes (cupboard space). Having an iron and ironing board would be also be a requirement.

I am not a vet or veterinarian nurse and cannot administer any medication for your pet/s other than some routine medication like a tablet.

I will not be able to sleep with your pet/s.

I am not prepared to do heavy yard work or similar.

It is ideal to meet with me and chat about your (pet/s) requirements so we can work together to ensure an arrangement that everyone is happy with. I look forward to hearing from you and assisting with your housesit/s.
