Danielle grew up on a small holding with chickens, sheep, horses, ducks and geese. We housesit on 26 acres last year in Porepunkah, with pigs and chickens, and absolutely loved it!

We are Danielle & Cameron, a 32 year old couple from the UK, and are looking for house and pet sitting opportunities. Very flexible on the location and dates! We have completed 5 housesits in our time in Australia caring for cats, dogs, pigs, chickens and rabbits in 2023, and loved every second of them.
In the UK we volunteered for The Dogs Trust, fostering homeless dogs (and occasional cats) in our own home, while we find a suitable forever home for them. (Very happy to provide a reference from them) This is one of the most rewarding things we have ever done, and wish to continue caring for animals of all shapes and sizes now we are in Australia.
Danielle grew up at her parent's boarding kennels and cattery from aged 11, where we not only looked after dogs and cats, but rabbits, turtles and even parrots! From a young age I worked for my parents, walking dogs, feeding the cats and cleaning kennels which has contributed to my love of all animals. I had horses growing up, a welsh fell pony, some elderly shetlands and a retired race horse! We both have a keen interest in caring for all animals.
Cam is a woodworker, has worked as a gardener, labourer and is generally handy around the house. Danny has managed housekeeping teams, in hotels and even in Appleby Castle in England, so your home will be well looked after 🏠
We both have a wealth of experience volunteering through Workaway, at different small holdings while on our travels, therefore you can trust that your home and outdoor spaces will be looked after with great care and enjoyment.
We are both non-smokers, tidy & responsible. Happy to provide references.
