~~Background~~
We are a couple, middle aged and we have been house sitting for the last couple of years. Steve has worked in the security industry and held a security licence for the last 20 years and has undertaken a number of positions including dog handling, event security, VIP security and most recently worked in the mines in Queensland as Security/Mine Rescue. Shan worked for the NSW government and UK government for most of her career in the human resources field.

Although we enjoy lunches and dinners out we are home the majority of time providing security for your home and company for fur babies at a time when they may need that extra bit of love and attention.

We have both owned our own homes and view them as your most valuable asset and therefore take extra care to maintain your home whilst you are away.

In the past four years we have undertaken a variety of assignments. Details of our most recent assignments and references can be found in the attached documentation. We are currently in NSW but heading back to Queensland in November 2024.

All my concerns were put to rest once I met Steve and Shan. They bonded extremely well with my pets and I cane hine to find everything as I left it. I was so happy that I have already checked their availability for another sit next year. If you're thinking of trying house sitting I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shan and Steve.

Steve and Shan are brilliant house sitters from the first meeting to the end if their stay eveything went perfectly. Our dogs were happy and well and the house was left in a very clean and tidy state. We hope we can get them back next time we go away.

As a first time user to this site I was quite hesitant about allot of things and didn't understand quite a few but when I met Shandelle and Stephen I was certainly put at ease, They made things sound easy and clear to understand they have been house sitters for quite awhile and with fantastic reviews and back round experience they certainly ticked all of our boxes, When Pluto met them he was excited and had no issues, We had great communication up to the start day and throughout our travels ... As this was our first time using house sitters we couldn't of selected a more fantastic couple to look after our house and dog (Cassie). We are very very happy with Shan & Steve, we greatly appreciated them moving the lawn which we did not request (great surprise). We arrived home to happy, very healthy and Spoilt dog. We look forward to having Shan & Steve house sit for us again when we take our next adventure.

No rating Absolutely fantastic sitters, keen for handover and to meet our dogs, they gained great rapport with my fur babies instantly. when they were worried about one of my dogs they took him to the vet and kept in contact with myself and my contact people throughout. House was left in immaculate condition, trustworthy house sitters, would definitely have again and would highly recommend , thanks guys
