Being 51 and female I come house trained.
I like to keep things tidy and appreciate a home that is well loved. Having had my own home and pets, I understand the importance of maintaining a home and also the responsibility that comes with owning pets such as love, cuddles, litter changing, daily walks and of course the importance of keeping things regular especially around meal times.
I'm an animal lover at heart, always have been - having had animals my entire life (dogs, cats and birds) - I couldn't imagine my world without the love or company of a furry friend, they simply make my world brighter.
I am single and a non-smoker. I can also provide references. I enjoy the change and adaptability that comes with house sitting - it's the ultimate of being in service to one another.
As I work for myself and a small part-time job on the side, my days are varied but generally, I have the luxury of not working the 9-5 and spend most mornings at home.

Amanda has been a wonderful house sitter. While I was away she maintained regular communication and always checked if she wasn’t sure. We ended up spending some time together when I came back early and she was very thoughtful and kind. Amanda is highly experienced and very professional , I recommend her most highly.
Thank goodness Amanda was our house sitter. She looked after our house and kitty over a long period of time & took care of everything with a minimum of fuss. We had major plumbing issues and she communicated with the plumbers directly and handled things. This was a blessing as we were in North Africa and at times had no internet. Our cat is total princess and was well looked after. Style, grace and class. We are so thankful. Amanda. You are a star.
Amanda is the most incredible house/pet sitter I've ever had the pleasure of having in my home. We were so nervous about leaving our 1 year old puppy for the first time, and for 3 weeks. He is well trained but is still a puppy and very excitable so we wanted to ensure the sitter had patience and care. Amanda had all that and more. Amanda is a treasure. At late notice she accepted our house sit and was just a delight to deal with in every way. Our dog just loved her and she provided regular photos & videos of the two of them together. We would highly recommend her in any situation.
Amanda took great care of my two dogs and was able to stay at short notice. She is communicative, friendly and great with dogs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Housesitter.

When we first connected here Amanda offered to come over to meet my Eddie that weekend and I could've spent the entire afternoon chatting (over a bottle of wine) given the opportunity.
Amanda is extremely personable and you'll be put at ease immediately. Professional, caring and a fantastic communicator (Eddie was a little unwell and she was great keeping me updated), I came home to a very tidy apartment and a very happy kitty.
