🐶 Hi! I'm Amy, a 2 year experienced pet sitter with a deep love for animals, and a reliable track record and referees.

After a September trip to the Gold Coast, we're considering moving permanently.

House-sitting offers exploration while having an instant furry family to show me the walks, parks and beaches and to snuggle up with each day - Win Win!

🐶 How I can help You

Without other commitments, my stay will be focused on ensuring your furry or feathered family members' happiness, health, and routine are maintained, gardens and plants are kept alive and home is kept clean and tidy.

* We’ve always had multiple dogs in our family, who've all lived long lives. I understand the unique needs of pets at every life stage, although I've never had to inject any animal with medications.

* We've had both boy and girl, large and tiny dogs.

* We've had hundreds of chickens

* Although with a bird sanctuary we don't have our own cats, I regularly petsit for 'Socks' who's a gentle old sweetheart and she sleeps on the bed with me.

* I'm a gardening Wizz, I literally have 200 plants in my home and yoga studio plus 10 acres of orchards and landscaping that I'm well used to maintaining.

* I'm also amazing at organising crazy pantries/kitchens, if you want help there too.

🐶 More About Me

* I’m 45 years old. My lifestyle is healthy—I don’t smoke or drink and I looooove nature.

* As a yoga/meditation teacher, and performer/facepainter, I bring a balanced, mindful, yet fun-loving and creative approach to everything I do.

* My husband, daughters, and I have spent 20 years living off grid on 10 acres we’ve transformed from bare land into a native bird sanctuary with accommodation and yoga centre.

* We're Vegan and Vegetarian - (super duper committed animal lovers).

* I volunteer with my husband at Surf Aid NZ, teaching kids to surf and we love it!

* My daughters are 10 & 16 and have an active life over here in NZ so they will carry on while their Dad works - at the same school as them - while Mum hunts out the lifestyle we're looking for.

🐶 What I Need:

I’d love to be within walking distance of a beach and parks or pathways where I can walk your pets daily.

Also walking distance to fresh produce/supermarket.
