Hey there,
My name is Marita. I am a single woman who loves animals. I have had many pets throughout the years, ranging from dogs, cats, turtles, kittens, you name it.
I have in the past fostered animals and am a big advocate for animal welfare organisations and adopting.
I currently have a Miniature Toy Pomeranian named Pocahontas
who is 13 years young
I am a tidy person, well organised, and punctual. I pride myself on my organisation skills and would take beautiful care of your home and animals.
First time using this website and was apprehensive at first. Marita took great care of my dog, house and plants. Dog was healthy and safe, and the house was immaculate upon return. Our flight was delayed and she went above and beyond to come back and look after the dog one more morning. Definitely recommend her as a house sitter.
Marita was amazing. From our first phone conversation, meet and greet right up to the end of the house sit she was professional, reliable and responsible. My major concern was our dog Charlie and Marita treated him like her own. She played with him daily, cooked meals and ensured he had his medications. She regularly sent me photos and updates.
The house was very clean on our return and she even had to deal with the odd tradesman towards the end of her stay.

Marvellous Marita is a pet owners guardian angel. 😇 Her love and compassion for my Wilbur was outstanding, dedicating her entire time just pampering him. Pollywaffle accompanied Marita on my house sits, and was a very polite, well behaved little dog, who just loved the attention from Wilbur.

Marita house sat for us for 3 weeks. We returned to an immaculate house and very happy animals. The care Marita gave to our animals was wonderful. It was obvious they all absolutely love her and I'm sure will miss being thoroughly spoilt by her.
I will have Marita house sit for us in the future if she is available and highly recommend her as a house sitter. She is an absolute LEGEND.
Marita was wonderful with Ted, he had a wonderful time with Marita and her little Pollywaffle, I know this because Marita sent frequent photos and videos of the two of them. Marita looked after my 2 small senior dogs for 8 weeks whilst I was overseas. One dog is nearly 17, the other is 15.
This required giving medication as well as dealing with other senior dog issues.
She went above and beyond what was expected for their care and even gave them a special xmas with a xmas tree and presents.
Not to mention the gourmet meals and many treats they received. They were very lucky and I don't think they missed me very much, if at all.

Marita was a fantastic house and pet sitter. She spoilt my dog Molly from the first day to the last.
I received regular messages with photos of their adventures and how she was at home.
Marita looked after the house impeccably as well. I'll be looking her up next time I need to go away!

Marita has house/animal sat for us many times. She is absolutely lovely, her and her fur babies are a delight. Because of her passion for animals she is very much loved by our German Sheppard Gypsy, our little Terrier X Tinkerbell and Buddy our granddaughters cat.
Marita keeps the house very tidy, she loves and takes care of our animals as if they were her own.
Marita will be house sitting again for us February 2021 for almost 3 weeks.

Marita what can we say,she was the most perfect housesitter. We had the best communication before during and after the housesit. Our house was well looked after especially the 3 acres of gardens.Marita ensures that her footprint on the property and surrounds is minimal. An example of this is with our previous sitters our electricity bill was $600 with Marita it was $67 .Thanks Marita for being such a great housesitter.We will always want you to housesit for us again.
very thoughtful and understanding. did everything I ask, and even feel some food for the dogs and some chocolates for me and my fiances.

Maria is an avid pet lover and took such good care of my cat and all the other creatures that come to my garden. She loves her menagerie of pets and is a very caring sitter.
Marita was such a pleasure to have in my home and the perfect person to look after my 3x furbabies! Marita showered my little doggies with unlimited love and personal attention. I would love to have Marita looking after them again and I highly recommend her to others.
