Thanks for choosing to read my profile.

I've been on a grand adventure exploring this great big chunk of earth in my camper-van for the last 7 years. I've sold my van and settled near Murwillumbah. However the wanderlust has not left me and I am prepared and looking forward to travelling to look after your home and pets.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to work 'from home' whilst travelling, and require phone and internet reception to work so am unavailable to help people with no mobile reception unless there is wifi available.

About me: Mature, clean, tidy and well organised, responsible, energetic, conscientious and friendly.

Animal care: From pampered fur babies to semi-working dogs, a horny cockatoo, lots of chickens, Reptiles - a python and 2 monitors, goats, bunnies, guinea pigs galore, and the cats, well they usually end up wrapping me around their little paws and minding me and being my little overlords. I now have ducks to add to the menagerie.
I have a soft spot for anxious high maintenance dogs, having been the lucky person belonging to an odd little traumatised rescue dog for the last 12 years, who is no longer with me. So I'm happy to help if you have high maintenance and/or anxious sensitive pets. I seem to have a way with them.
I'm very reliable at administering medications also.
I would love to learn about horses and other farm animals but only have experience with goats.

Experienced in house-minding, simple garden maintenance - easy care to remote off grid wild bush properties. I have a couple of apps that make me an internet expert on pot plants.

My references will attest that home is always a little nicer, a little cleaner and well taken care of. I aim to please. Who doesn't love a good report! ;)
I'm conscientious about putting things where I found them, so you won't be searching for your things when you come home.

Although I enjoy travelling I'm also a homebody who's happy to be at home with your pets or if they're adventurous, just as happy to take them to the places they love and maybe some discover new ones.

I completely understand how hard it can be for some people to leave their beloved pets in the care of someone else, I wish to assure anyone having this struggle, they won't find a better companion than me whilst you're away. Every pet is different and will be cared for accordingly. I'm happy to send regular updates or completely leave you alone which ever you prefer.

References available. Pet First Aid and Pet CPR certificate available. Happy to give a copy of ID for insurance purposes. Recent police check also available.

Sharneen was an enormous help for me at the eleventh hour. I’m currently fostering a beautiful doggie who’s just been rescued and who needs a lot of tender loving care. Sharneen is amazing with animals, knows how to approach anxious dogs and read their cues. I felt very comfortable leave this tender little doggie in her care. Sharneen is incredible. I could not have asked for a greater sitter to look after my home and two babies. (Rottweiler) The care she gives to you beloved pets is extraordinary. Sharneen was excellent ! She took great care of our little shitzu cross, and our home . We were kept well- informed throughout her 3-week stay , with frequent messages and photos . We were particular about certain procedures which she followed as requested. We would not hesitate to have Sharneen housesit for us in future.

Sharneen looked after our rather large crew of animals and plants for three weeks and did a wonderful job. Sharneen obviously cares about the animals around her and went above and beyond, administering medication, grooming and cuddling to ensure our crew stayed happy and content.
