Hi I am already a seasoned house sitter as I have been doing this for many years, both in Victoria and overseas.
I have lived outside Australia for over 7 years and came back May last year.
When I was in Australia, usually for a couple of months at a time, I would house sit as a means and ease of accommodation.
I am still not sure if I will stay in Australia once we are able to travel again or I will go back. Part of me wants to stay and part wants to go!!
A difficult decision when it finally arises.
But in the mean time I would like to be house and pet sitting. I love animals of all sorts and have done sits on farms as well as dogs or cats or all.
Horses are another area I have experience in as I owned some of my own before I sold my 7 acres in the Yarra Valley. I also had sheep, chooks and dogs there.
So I am sure I can be of assistance to anyone who has any of these animals and others as well. One of my passions is donkeys. So if you feel I am able to be of help, please get in touch with me.
I have many references I can supply you with but cannot upload them here. I have also sat lizards and rats!!
It is now the end of 2023 and I did come back overseas 18 months ago. I am ready to come back for an extended period again and during that time will decide what my next move might be after sometime at home again. I will be looking to house, farm or any sort of sit really. I have lost my own dear little dog when I first came back and have not been able to have another one so I am looking forward very much to caring for your pets. I miss animals dreadfully. Annie was a wonderful carer for our dog Candy, and took her in train when she was being mischievous! Annie communicated, sent photos and cared for our home beautifully. I can highly recommend her for any future petsits she may apply for. I look forward to inviting Annie into our home again in the future.

Annie was a wonderful housesitter with loads of experience. She made a special effort to go out of her way to meet Bonnie and I before the sit which was very reassuring. Bonnie and our home were well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to have Annie sit again or recommend her to future pet owners. Her communication skills were excellent and it was lovely to get updates and photos of Bonnie.

Annie was an absolute delight as a Housesitter. My dogs were super happy, as were my plants. Regular updates of how my dogs were and great communication. The house was spotless on my return. Definitely highly recommend her. I'd have her back in a heart beat.

Annie was a great introduction to aussie house sitters. The communication was clear and simple. Annie took great care of our property and cats. We would highly recommend her for any house sit!

Annie house sat for us for 2 weeks in April. We couldn't be happier with the result. Annie is personable and charming and our 3 dogs and one cat adored her. She even managed( better than us) to medicate our Gus twice a day. The house was perfect when we arrived home.
