Greetings.
My name is Christine.
Although I have a house at the Sunshine Coast, I have children and grandchildren in other states.
I lived in Cairns for 30 years and ran a successful Calligraphy business.
After selling my house , I travelled overseas for quite a while before eventually settling at the Sunshine Coast.
Having 3 children I have had many pets over the years, including mice, rats, guinea pigs, cats and dogs.
In Cairns I had a Cavalier King Charles and a Shitzu.
As I live in a pet free village now, I do miss animals and enjoy having their company..
Being older, big rambunctious dogs are too much for me, so small dogs or cats are my preference.
I love to exercise, so walking is not an issue.
I am a very water and power conscious person.
I pride myself in my care of peoples' pets and homes and my excellent references will attest to that.
I also have a police check.

Christine was amazing! She looked after our little scaredy cat Sadie for a week while we took some time off. She was so gentle and caring, which Sadie picked up on straight away, and was relaxed.. We were very comfortable leaving our rather timid cat in her capable hands. She is a lovely person, and would have no hesitation in recommending Christine to anyone who wants their pets loved and very well looked after while they're away.

Christine made us feel 100% comfortable to leave our home and 2 Birman kitties in her care, while we went on vacation. She brushed, loved and played with them as if they were her own. We returned to a spotless house and calm, happy fur-babies. I almost think they resented us a little for returning so soon :-D. Thank you Christine.

Christine was fantastic, she stayed overnight with us before we left and was very pleasant and easy. She connected immediately with our Shadow and we were very happy with having her look after our precious.

Christine was prompt in answering my ad and quickly followed up with an in person visit (she lives in the same suburb) I was impressed by the reaction of my two Tonkinese boys who have recently been rehomed by me (8 weeks ago). They were responsive to Christine immediately, and it was evident that she had a way with cats. I have been a house sitter myself for 10 years and was confident that all would be well during my short absence. I recommend Christine.

Christine is an absolute gem. She looked after our cat, Bailey, who is a rather solitary little soul, for a week in October,. Christine is a very friendly and experienced house sitter and sent us photos of Bailey every day. We arrived home to an extremely clean house and a happy kitty. She sent photos throughout her stay reassuring us that our cat was in the best hands. Coming home to a spotless and clean home with all bedding washed was an absolute blessing after 5 days camping! I highly recommend Christine and would love her to return any time

Christine did an excellent job of caring for our German shepherd and kitten. Our house was beautifully clean on our return, pool was cleaned of all leaves and Christine had even sewn up our pool scoop netting! Our daughter really enjoyed the photos Christine sent of our kitten while we were away. We highly recommend Christine as a house sitter.
