We are a retired couple with our own home near Bribie Island.

We are non smoking, non drinking vegetarians. With lots
of experience with animals (Cats, dogs, fish, birds and rabbits).

Mostly we enjoy house sitting because it allows us to spend more time in a given place and explore new areas.

We have cared for six houses through Aussie House Sitters and a few by word of mouth. All of the owners were very happy with our efforts. Especially with their animals who often miss their owners and need extra care and cuddles.

Short sits are ideal.

We were so lucky that Ray & Lyn were available to look after our home and 3 cats for the last 2 weeks. We arrived home to 3 happy cats (even the most nervous one had started to venture out - first time out of all the previous times we've had people staying to look after her) and a very clean and tidy house. Communication was great, with updates every day and frequent photos. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much Ray and Lyn!

Ray and Lyn took good care of our home and cat while we were away. They kept in touch several times to say that all was well and let us know how our cat was doing. The house was nice and tidy when we got home. We would have them house sit for us again and would recommend them to others seeking a house sitter.

We immediately felt comfortable with Ray and Lyn being in our home looking after our kitties and having a change of scene. They travelled from their home over 2 hours away to meet us before the sit which is ideal for us. Ray touched base and sent regular pics of our girls which meant we did not worry while away. Ray and Lyn were great - the key indicator is always the chillness level of both cats when we get back home...and both of them were clearing in zen mode! Ray and Lyn are absolutely dependable and you know that your house is in good hands when you are away.

Ray & Lyn recently looked after our treasured cat & house for 4 nights. They came & met us prior to the stay and we found them to be a lovely couple. While we were away they messaged us to let us know they were all doing well which is always good to know. We arrived home to a spotless house & Annie our cat was very well looked after & relaxed.
