  • We have helped farmers with fencing repairs and clearing through BlazeAid. We have both been employed doing grain, fruit and grape harvests, in addition to dairy work. We have looked after cattle, highland coos, goats, chickens, ducks, horses, working and domestic dogs, cats and alpacas. Past farm sits have been responsible for checking and repairing fence lines (plain, barb, ring lock and electric) in addition to checking water troughs and completing regular animal welfare checks. We are familiar with the operation of a range of farm equipment including tractors, quad bikes, side by side, ride on lawn mowers , slasher, chainsaws and brush cutters.

We are an active retired couple, non smokers, social drinkers and drug free. We have a self contained caravan, and are travelling without pets or children.
In addition to looking after your pets we are happy to help with gardening, cleaning and other general tasks during our sits. We both love walking and the outdoors.

We loved having Lee and Jenni stay – the perfect house sitters! It was lovely getting to know them. Real pros of the house-sitting world - they made it look so easy. Practical, very kind to all our animals and a great sense of humour. We used whatsapp so easy to chat. Nothing was too much effort for them. Our dogs were in no hurry to see us when we returned (even Turbo who is an anxious bag of nerves on a good day!) and they saw Lee and Jenni as their new humans – always a great sign of happy ... Jennifer and Lee where great, they followed our suggestions, went above and beyond expectations, I think the dogs would have liked them to stay not us.

Jenni and Lee are the most delightful couple. They arrived a couple of nights before we needed to go away, learnt the ropes very quickly. All our dogs loved them, they had lots of runs and walks, I think a couple of them would have gone home with Lee and Jenni. The cat's made them feel welcome! Jenni and Lee were wonderful farm sitters for our property and animals. They were friendly and approachable, and their communication was excellent. Lee and Jenni's approach to the highland cattle we have on our property was fantastic and they were naturals when interacting with the "coos".
