If you have animals that need love, and a home that needs safeguarding, then I am your girl! I don't have pets of my own yet so spending time with others animals in the meantime is a joy.
I have experience looking after many different breeds, ages and temperaments of dogs and cats, and I have plenty of love and energy to lavish your loved ones with until you're home again. It's a pleasure for me and it's a responsibility I take seriously so I have completed RSPCA's Pet First Aid Course. I also have recent WCC and Police checks.
I am a non-smoker and a fairly quiet but active person. I enjoy practising yoga, reading books, and quality time with my niece and nephew... but my favourite thing is to go on a dog walk! I am also partial to being a comfy spot for a cat to sleep :)
I work 4-5 days a week, so I am best suited to care for pets who are used to relaxing on their own for a bit during the day.
Susanne was an amazing housesitter! She took wonderful care of our pets and left the house absolutely immaculate.. All of our pets loved her company and you can just tell she truely loves animals.. Thank you Susanne, we hope we get a chance for you to housesit again one day!
Susanne was a wonderful house sitter. The house was cleaner when I got back than when I left. She also looked after the garden - which I don't normally expect house sitters to do. She formed a strong bond with my cat and posted regular photos on whatsapp showing the contented cat.
Susanne was a very attentive and loving doggy and house sitter! She gave me regular photos and updates and my house was left super clean and tidy! A dream for a house or pet sit!

I cannot recommend Susanne more highly. In fact I am conflicted even writing this review as I don't want everyone to know and book her, and then I can keep her all to myself! She took amazing care of my 12 year old dog Dougall who has a few health conditions and so needs timely medications multiple times a day and a little extra TLC. Suzanne was the perfect house and pet sitter. Her loving and sensitive care of my greyhound, Luna, surpassed expectations. She sent photos and messages every day, keeping me updated on the adventures Luna was taking her on. When I returned home, the house was in perfect order, and felt very welcoming. I feel very lucky to have had Suzanne as my first housesitter through this service - she is a gem!

We had Susanne look after our house, our cat Tiger and our rabbits for four weeks. During this time she sent us frequent pictures of Tiger to let us know how he was going. This was wonderful , I really appreciated it. When we got home the house was sparkly clean Tiger was happy and well fed and the rabbits also happy. Susanne was fantastic! She sent us so many pictures and updates while we were away and missing our fur babies which was really appreciated. Susanne is a caring and responsible young lady. Her communication was excellent leading up to and during the sit. We have a very timid cat and she eventually won him over! Susanne left the house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Susanne to house sit.

Susanne was a delight from start to finish. All communication was easy and courteous. My house was left in a perfect state.
My cats are very quiet and shy. Susanne sent me regular pictures. Her messages showed she understood their shyness and yet she understood their need for cuddles.
Susanne was such a pleasure to meet. Her calm demeanour and enthusiasm for animals is what made us feel comfortable having her in our home and taking care of our beloved pet Chihuahua “Sable”.

Susanne was a lovely housesitter, I returned from a long weekend away to my apartment in excellent condition and kept just as I’d left it. My cats were well taken care of and Susanne sent pictures and communicated really well, before and during my time away.

From organising a meet and greet first, to touching base with the cutest of pictures and updated regularly.
Our kitties were super snuggly with her and loved her company.
When we got home they were a bit excited but got over it quickly , indicating they were very well looked after and not lonely at all 🥰😍.

Totally awesome -- this is my first experience on Aussie House Sitters so I was a bit nervous. Susanne was exceptionally professional in her communication and her experience. As soon as we spoke for 45 minutes on the phone, I knew she was the one! AND, she actually volunteered to take the train from Newcastle to Sydney a week before to meet the dogs for the morning. Wow! We couldn’t be happier with Susanne she did such an amazing job looking after our girls they were spoiled as if they were her own it was peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. Susanne was a great housesitter. She took the trouble to come out to meet me and my animals early on and was excellent at communication. My animals were very happy, and l know Zoe especially enjoyed loads of attention, which she loved. The house was spotless when l got home. Susanne looked after our house and Molly for 12 days She came to meet Molly and go over things before hand. Molly loved her as soon as she' met Susanne. She is a very caring and loyal person. Her communication was great. She noticed a rash on Mollys belly and advised us and took her to the vet to get some medication, and looked after her. Suzanne well exceeded our expectations as a house and pet sitter. Suzanne showed so much love for our Labrador including leaving her with some beautiful new toys. Suzanne kept us updated with photos of Hany. Suzanne left our house and garden tidier than we left it and even did some spring cleaning for us! Susanne went above and beyond my expectations. Was in constant communication with me regarding my pal Charlie and put me at ease while I was away. Could not recommend any other house and pet sitter as Susanne not only took the best care of Charlie but also left him with a gift to remember her by.
