Hey guys,
A friend of mine recommended this side to me and I thought I give it a shot. I have done heaps of house sits but mainly over Facebook. Happy to provide references.

A bit over myself:
I am a 27-year-old German traveler that got lost in Australia for 4 years now. I have been to New Zealand before and planning to go to Asia next. So, I totally understand the itch to go travelling or on holidays. And the worry about your home and your fur babies to be safe in the meantime.
At the moment I am working parttime as an assistant manager at a rental car company and study leadership and management. That's one of the reasons why I am housesitting. My studies are quite expensive, and I am on my own to make it work. Furthermore, I would need a quiet place so I can concentrate. A big plus would be if I had some furry company as a positive distraction.
I grew up on a little farm with heaps of animals and taking care of them was part of my daily routine. And as I said before I have done a few house sits in New Zealand and Australia as well, where I looked after all kind of animals. And it honestly brings be heaps of joy, because I miss my fur babies from home a lot and currently, I am not in a position to get one of my own.
I am a very respectful and clean person and take my responsibilities seriously.

I wouldn't mind getting a police check done, but as an overseas traveler on a working holiday or student visa, they wouldn't let you in the country if you had anything on your record.
