Hello!
We are a warm and respectful couple in our 40s with lots of love to give to your cherished pets AND the skills to maintain your gardens and home!
Melissa is known by friends as a cat whisperer and Bry will genuinely stop to greet every dog on the street. She is a nurse (predominantly in memory support and dementia) and is also a gardener and landscaper. Melissa works for the Australian Charities Commission located in Melbourne but has the good fortune of flexible working arrangements, so predominantly works from home.
We both have family throughout Victoria and WA and travel between the two states frequently and have really been enjoying the gorgeous reciprocity of house-sitting and animal care!
We're both incredibly house proud, are clear and friendly communicators, are both non-smokers and have all of the relevant checks including superb references. We've loved and cared for so many dogs, cats, chickens, goats (you name it!) in our lives and are confident with pets of all sizes and ages.
You can feel confident your home and garden will be expertly cared for and your precious animals will have very affectionate and attentive companionship with us!
Melissa and Bry were absolutely wonderful! First and foremost, Milo, our Schnoodle, clearly loved them and the adventures that they had to the beach, new parks and, of course, the butcher for treats! They were excellent communicators, sending us frequent photos and updates of activities. The house was meticulous and the small garden was better than we left it. Again, many thanks to you from Milo, John and Di.
Mel and Bry were absolutely amazing. We felt super confident that they were the right choice to look after our elderly poodle who is blind and deaf. They kept us updated on everything happening at home. Our home and garden were lovingly cared for and everything was perfect on our return. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to meet Mel and Bry and would definitely have them back anytime. Would highly recommend them for house sitting.
Mel & Bry were wonderful pet sitters. They looked after our two year old English Staffy and seven year old cat. While being lovely pet sitters, they took excellent care of our home and garden – with Bry being a professional landscape gardener, our garden has never looked better! Excellent communication, with regular photo updates throughout our time away. We would welcome Mel & Bry back anytime and highly recommend them :)
Mel and Bry were dream housesitters. This was my first time using the platform so I was a bit anxious but it couldn’t have gone better. Great communication from the start, and really great vibe as soon as I met them. And Spaghetti loved them! They were even happy to send me updates and photos while I was away. They took great care of the house, watered my plants, even took my bins out :) Thanks guys! Spaghetti looks forward to your next stay.
There is nothing more secure than having people at home while you're away. Get a house sitter.
