SingleOf recent, I was on 40 acres caring for 48 animals. It was incredible to say the least and an experience I shall cherish. I cared for: 3 alpacas, 2 Maremmas, 13 female goats and sheep plus their babies (13), 3 male goats, 2 pigs, 1 peacock, 2 ducks, 2 cockatoos, 2 rabbits, and 5 inside animals - 2 cats and 3 dogs. Everyone was fed 2xdaily except for the doggies. Aug-Oct '24, I housesat for 3 months on 5K acres in Central Qld (CQ), with cattle, 3 working collies, using a ride on, manually watering over 36 potted plants, turning on sprinklers to water the garden beds, and 35+ trees. I needed to create an excel file just to keep up!

Hello, my name is Kim. I am a single Australian woman originally from Coogee Beach, Sydney, via the NSW mid coast (where, I cared for my elderly Mum), no pets.
At age 14, I began dancing professionally and travelling around Australia and overseas. 20 years later, my career pivoted towards TV in the news and current affairs division, What followed a few years after that was, the opportunity to work for an airline, at 2 airports, plus a variety of travel agencies escorting British and US tourists on tour.
I began my own real estate business 'flipping' and leveraging in the late 90's. I loved the challenge of reinventing a forgotten piece of real estate and turning it into a very comfortable home. And as I truly care about my role as a house sitter, I understand how important it is to have a trustworthy, reliable and honest soul to care for your loved ones. That's why I call myself a home carer.
In 2001, my life pivoted and changed direction. And it was then I began my spiritual journey. Since 2004, I've been associated with the only Indian female run spiritual university that teaches meditation free of charge (foc) as a worldwide community service, where, I've also lived and volunteered.
These days, I'm happy most when I'm at home, spending time and caring for your treasured companions, eating nutritious food, going for walks, the beach, volunteering, meditating, travelling and connecting with like minded souls. I truly am a free spirit, young for my years, and a wise elder. I am chilled and peaceful just like my lifestyle.

We were so pleased that Kim chose to do this sit for us. Our dogs, garden and home were very well cared for while we were holidaying and Kim regularly kept us up to date with how things were going while we were away. Even got us some good rain! We highly recommend Kim and commend her on the sit she did for us.
As usual Kim’s focus is on our family pupsters Larry & Yo-yo.
On our arrival home they were calm, but excited to see us.
During our absence Kim walked them up to twice a day, also being mindful of Larry’s arthritis which can cause him to abandon a walk.
Both dogs are on medication and Kim kept to this regime as requested.
Happy to recommend Kim as a great sitter for the animals as she does put her focus on them.

Our first house sit with Kim was a resounding success.
Kim spent time prior to the sit getting to know us and our 2 little dogs, a very important part of who Kim is.
The dogs very happily accepted Kim, and readily settled into a routine with her, as her frequent photos and videos showed.
There was an issue with one of our little dogs and Kim, with the help of a close neighbour, managed the episode well with a visit to our vet and her ongoing care.

This is the second sit Kim has completed for us. Once again we found Kim to be great with communication before, during and after the sit.
Our two dogs remembered Kim and made a big fuss of her when she arrived for the sit, making us feel extremely comfortable that we were leaving them in very good hands! Kim just has a natural affinity with animals & it really shows.

Kim had excellent communication throughout the process. She took great care of the chooks and the dog. The house was clean and tidy when we returned. There was a little mishap which caused some minor damage but it was purely accidental and these things happen. She did offer to contribute financially to a replacement. Overall happy with her assistance.

We were fortunate enough to have Kim come back for a second house sit. Kim is a great communicator and prior to the sit she is all over it. Kim was a wonderful sitter for our home and two dogs for 12 days this month.
Kim kept in regular communication from the date the sit was confirmed until her arrival.
We were able to meet Kim prior to the sit, which was a great way to break the ice, manage expectations and bring peace of mind to both parties.

I found Kim very competent looking after my property and cat
My main issue was with my rescue cat.
Princess didn't run away as I expected but stayed and within 5 minutes she was very comfortable with Kim
They bonded very quickly and from then on they were best friends.

Kim was wonderful, i was hesitant to go away from my animals, but Kim was re assuring and as soon as i opened the door to her the dogs where instantly happy. So that made leaving easy. Kim took amazing care of our home and all the animals which included horses, dogs, cats, hens and fish. Communication was fantastic and she sent photos of the pets whilst I was away. I could relax knowing that they were in good hands, particularly my old dog who needs that extra bit of attention and medication each night. She also left the house in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend Kim and would love to have her back in the future.
Kim is a great house sitter, very accommodating and no fuss. Kim kept our home clean and tidy as well as washing our down stair floors which was completely un expected.

Kim was the perfect house sitter. She cared for our dog just as we do. Our garden and house were left in excellent condition. Kim was in constant communication with us regarding the sit and even popped over before the date we left so we could meet her and discuss the details further.
