Hello, my name is Michael. My wife, Myra and I are looking to house sit in the southern Gold Coast and northern NSW area.
We work in the health and aviation industry. We are fairly active people. We enjoy spending time outdoors. Your pets would get lots of fresh air and exercise if needed.
We are clean, tidy and easy going.
I have grown up with dogs my whole life in the family home.
We both love animals and would be happy to take care of your pets and home so you can have peace of mind during your time away.
Michael and Myra are wonderful house sitters, very friendly and attentive, and took great care of my two cats as well. Communication was excellent, both before the sit and during. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy on my return. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael and Myra for your house and pet sit and have rebooked them again for early next year!
We were in an emergency situation and couldn't get home to look after our pets... Michael responded and was so helpful and ready to sit for us. Fortunately, we were able to get back within three days and cats were fine with neighbour. Michael was fine this cancellation and communication was excellent. I look forward to having Michael sit for us in future.
My first experience with a house & pet sitter was with Michael & Myra. My 15 yo Siamese boy Mojo is very timid & I was a little worried how he would react to strangers in the house. I needn’t have worried at all. Michael & Myra gave him all the time & care he needed, they sent me videos & photos & put me at ease to see him eating & being groomed & not hiding as I thought he might. Michael & Myra are the perfect sitters. They took excellent care of my two Shetland Sheep dogs and my garden unit while I was away. I returned to a very clean house and happy, well exercised dogs. Communication leading up to and during the sit was prompt and efficient. I will definitely ask them to sit again!
Michael and Myra took great care of our cat, Max, while we were away on holiday. Max bonded well with them both.
Their communication was excellent and the house was clean and tidy when we returned home. We would be very happy for them to house sit for us again and would definitely recommend them. They are lovely people, very trustworthy and reliable.

Oh my goodness if I could give 10 stars I would. This was my first time using a pet sitter and I truly couldn’t have had a better experience if I tried. Michael and Myra kept me updated throughout their stay, even when my dog Hamish was limping after a walk they let me know straight away. When I got home the house was clean, yard was mowed, Hamish was bathed (the best part), and they’d even left some pastries and milk in the fridge for our return.
