SingleGrew up on a sheep farm and was a keen horse rider. Have done house sitting on a farm at Forbes in 2021 & recently did 3 weeks assisting on sheep/cattle/crop farm near Tullamore via Help X. This involved rouseabout work for shearing, mustering cattle & sheep by quad bike.

I travel a lot in my small campervan and love exploring new parts of Australia.
Growing up on a farm I am at ease in handling dogs, cats, chickens, horses etc. I am a non smoker and non drinker and will take good care of your home.
In 2021-22 I was travelling whilst waiting a new house build at home in Adelaide, so did lots of sits. During 2021 I also did two seperate 3 week stints with HelpX working on sheep stations at Tullimore & Nymagee (NSW). This involved helping out in the shearing shed, mustering sheep, checking pig and goat traps etc.
Kay was a fantastic sitter. Her communication skills are excellent. She is extremely reliable and shows strong initiative. She cared for the house, garden and animals as if they were her own. Nothing was too much trouble for Kay. She was no fuss and we were very fortunate to have had Kay stay. We would thoroughly recommend her for anyone and any type of stay. Thanks Kay.

G'day to Kay's future house sitters
we found Kay very friendly and obliging. Kay and Gypsy got on very well together, we saw this the day before we left and for a couple of days after we got home. Our home was the same as when we left it and Kay put everything back where it belonged, so we didn't have to search for things. we would have Kay back to mind Gypsy (our priority) any time.

Kay was really flexible in her availability to meet our urgent needs. Even though Kay was not well versed with birds, she learnt quickly in how to take care of them. Kay was tidy, respectful and reliable. And Lulu our cat was lucky she found a friend in Kay. The most important thing was for Lulu to be happy and well cared for.
Kay is a gem... Quietly spoken and completely capable.
She took wonderful care of our pets, and I really enjoyed spending time with her on our return home. We offered her to spend some extra time with us as she was not in a rush to get to her next destination. Ash Barty was playing the Wimbledon final the following night, so we stayed up to watch the tennis together! She had lots of life travel experiences to share. I'll be keeping in touch!
Make sure the garden and pot plants are thriving when you get back - get a house sitter.
