  • Amber has done some work on an organic apple farm as a farm hand and has also worked for their brother in law on his wheat farm in the south east of WA, driving the tractor. Working in forestry for a couple years was where they used power tools, including chainsaw, brush cutters etc. Both Amber and Amie have helped friends with taking care of their horses, including feeding, rugging and working to keep active.

We're Amber and Amie; a professional, responsible couple living on the road! We've had a great time travelling this year and love the convenience of our van, but sometimes it’s nice to stop for a while and enjoy the comforts of a home and company of furry friends 😊 During our adult life, each of us have been reliable, clean and respectful tenants of properties and have done many house sits, including looking after furry family members. Being able to look after someone's home and their pets while they're away is something we love about our lifestyle, to be able to offer people peace of mind while they enjoy their time away.
Amber is very handy, having worked in forestry and fire management. Their most recent rental property, they stayed on as groundskeeper, so they're no stranger to mowing equipment/yard maintenance.
Amie has in incredibly high standard for cleanliness so your place will be cared for with great intentions!
Both Amie and Amber are confident and comfortable around dogs, cats and horses, especially the anxious kinds.
Things we both love are; hiking, being in nature, poetry, the beach, swimming, running, music, cooking healthy meals and reading. We also don't mind settling in to watch a good series or movie every now and then.
We're available for a video call to see if we're a good fit for your place and also will prioritise meeting you to see the place, meet everyone we'll be taking care of to understand their routines!

Amber & Amie, where do we start. These two are the best sitters we’ve had stay at our home. Instantly meeting A&A, we could tell they are both extremely down-to-earth and caring people with a love for dogs. After we had to change our travel plans last minute, they were accommodating in waiting a little while longer while we were still getting ourselves organised. We received photos in the first few days to show everything was going well which was appreciated.

Amber and Amie are amazing doggie and home sitters. We were leaving home for the airport in the early hours of the night, so we had dinner with them before we left. Amber and Aimie were so comfortable and easy to be around, we really enjoyed getting to know them and the wonderful people they are. They looked after Doug and Milo so well. Amie and Amber looked after our house and dog for 3 weeks and did an amazing job. They kept us updated regularly, spoiled our dog with attention and walks and did a wonderful job looking after our house. It was so nice to come home to a spotless clean home.
