Hello
Our names are Rachel and Roy and we have relocated from beautiful Mt Maunganui in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand to the sunny shores of Queensland, Australia.

We have been married for over 22 years and have been together 29 years. As recent empty nesters we have become inspired to travel and have followed our daughter to Australia. We are very fortunate to have corporate roles that affords us the luxury of working remotely, while also being close to our family.

We are an extremely close family and live by the mantra ‘family first’!
We have very strong connections to our two children and our parents and extended family back in New Zealand.

We are both non-smokers and are very active, especially enjoying gyms, running, walking, golf, yoga and biking.

As animal lovers and homeowners ourselves, we understand the importance of being respectful and taking great care of any property we are entrusted with.

We take pride in maintaining our homes, which include three properties in New Zealand, located in Mt Maunganui, Papamoa and Taupo.

We are thrilled to be exploring the vibrant culture and stunning natural landscapes of Queensland and other areas of Australia, and look forward to being a positive addition to any community we become a part of.

Rachael and Roy are great housesitters. We came home to a sparkling clean house and a dog that looked happy and healthy. A problem with our TV occurred while we were away and they got it repaired without drama -something you really appreciate when on holiday. We have booked them for another housesit later in the year

We were so fortunate to find Roy and Rachel. We were able to speak and meet up prior to the sit.. We communicated when we needed to. They are such kind energetic people. We needed a sitter for our male boxer and Roy was able to care and control the dog. The house was left clean and tidy. We were so lucky to have found them. Thank you so much Rachel and Roy.
