Hi! I’m Jess. I’ll be in Australia for a year from November 12th on a work and holiday visa. I’m from the US. Last year I was in New Zealand on the working holiday visa and I house sat almost weekly while I was there. I’m a huge animal lover and also was the recruitment coordinator for 10 months for the RNZSPCA in Auckland.
I have a cat named Mate 🐈⬛🧉. I adopted him while I lived in Uruguay. He’s waiting for me in the US while I’m in Australia. Of course he’s jealous, but he knows I can’t resist looking after other pets until he and I can reunite.
I do not drink or smoke.

Jess looked after our 2 cats Maisie and Roly very well, and they were very contented when we returned home. I was able to meet Jess before she sat, and there was excellent communication while we were away. The garden was well watered and the house as tidy as when we left it. Thank you so much Jess.

Jess housesat for us in May and was fantastic, so when we had our next holiday we were delighted she was available to sit for us again.

Jess is a Beautiful hearted young lady who absolutely loves cats so ... for me, a perfect fit for our very spoiled, over indulged Wally who we worry about when we're away. I received constant reports and pics, She followed instructions meticulously and the house was immaculate upon my return.

Jess met with us for a short initial get together to discuss house sitting...then came to dinner, in order to get to know the cats a bit more given their medical needs. She was very organised, and we were able to sort the house sitting within 24 hours-which was a great relief for us.
