Hey! We are an adventurous couple from the UK slowly touring Australia on our working holiday visa without any rigid plan.

We have both grown up in animal adoring households, and have since cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and even chickens. We have already had so many fantastic experiences house sitting, the quirkier the pet the better! So far we haven't had any issues, and naturally we are happy to meet in person beforehand (several times if it would make you feel more comfortable) and we are sure to send you updates throughout our stay. We both miss our pets back home and love having the opportunity to make some furry friends whilst we travel!

We are both clean and tidy people, we don’t drink much or party but still love to socialise among friends at cafe's and parks. We have both previously lived with flatmates and have ample experience in the upkeep of a property. We can assure you that your house is in very safe hands with us.

We have flexible lifestyles and are more than happy to prioritise looking after your house and little bundles of joy. If your pet prefers to sleep in or on the bed, then we are perfectly happy to share the bed with them. Also feel free to get as specific as you need with the care of your animals, we want to put you completely at ease.

Highly recommend Alex and Erin, they were open communicators and friendly. We met them twice before we went on holiday and felt our house and cats were in safe hands. Came back to a very nice, clean house with a sweet card and chocolates. Was wonderful to not have to stress about cleaning up. Our two cats were very happy with Alex and Erin, they took good care of them and i think bonded well. When i wanted photos or updates they were provided. They played with our cats and in return ... Alex & Erin were excellent communicators both before the house sit and while we were away which set our mind at ease that our furr babies were being well looked after and we could relax on our holiday. Highly recommend Alex and Erin. From our first meet and greet we could see our dogs and home were in safe hands. This was our first time using Aussie House Sitters website and both Alex and Erin made the experience easy and seamless. They looked after our home and 2 dogs (Cherri & Rocky) for 3.5wks. These two were great, we were able to relax while away trusting our pets in their care. The house was left tidy as we left it. They communicated well around any questions or concerns about the pets. The puppy decided to eat a cushion while we were gone and they communicated this even asking if they could reimburse us which of course was unnecessary (puppies be puppies). I felt safe with my animals in their care. Really friendly and lovely to chat to.

Alex and Erin looked after our Kelpie (Farley) and apartment for 12 days whilst we were away. This was our first time using Aussie house sitters and we felt so comfortable with Alex and Erin when we did a pre house sit meet up. We definitely would recommend Alex and Erin for others as they made sure Farley was well looked after and left our place super clean for when we came back. 10/10 house and pet sitters!

What a wonderful, intelligent young man Alex is, he communicates very well and has a very relaxed and calming nature. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Erin as she had to travel interstate for work. Our two dogs are very sensitive to change in routine or the way they are treated so we always know if something hasn't been right while we're away. Alex and Erin are wonderful people and awesome house/pet sitters. They took on a huge task by agreeing to care for our spoilt rotten bull terrier and survived to tell the tale. Juno can be very demanding especially in the morning when she thinks it’s time for everyone in the house to be up and at the park!
