Hey everyone,

Hi there, my name is Megan and I'm a 30-year-old animal lover. Ever since I can remember, animals have been a huge part of my life. I grew up with a beautiful Welsh border collie named Bindi which means I have lots of experience with high-energy breeds (and throwing tennis balls!)

Having spent many years bouncing around the world as a Scuba instructor and the last 5 years in Ecuador working at a wildlife rehabilitation centre, adopting my own furry companion has not been possible. Thankfully my work has always led me to be close with animals and I have years of experience not only caring for domestic dogs and cats but also wildlife of all kinds.

Throughout my travels I have been a foster carer for young puppies as well as older rescue dogs in need of socialisation and some TLC before finding their forever homes.

For the summer I look forward to returning to Australia, where I grew up, to catch up with old friends and take some online studies. This means plenty of time to care for your animals, and look after your home!

"To dog owners, Megan has always been an animal lover and put a huge amount of time and effort into training our border collie when we were growing up. She always went the extra mile and has a knack for understanding dogs emotions better than anyone I know! Megan also rehabilitated a border collie called nutmeg recently who was very shy due to abuse by previous owners and within a couple of months the she was like a completely new dog. This led to her being successfully rehomed and Megan still receives regular updates from nutmegs thrilled new owner. Overall I would highly recommend Megan to look after your dog/dogs as she has a lot of experience and is a very outgoing and likeable person I’m sure you’ll get a good feeling from straight away.
