Hi,
We are Ryan & Rebecca a couple from North East England who are currently travelling the east coast in a campervan
We have been house sitting almost permanently in New Zealand since December 2023 and are holidaying in Aus before returning to New Zealand for Christmas.
We both love to travel but find it hard to be away from our family and friends at times, especially the ones with 4 legs. We are both animal lovers, especially dogs & cats. We don’t have any pets of our own due to our lifestyle but have plenty of 4 legged family members and a ‘God-dog’ that we care for regularly.
We are confident looking after large and small dogs as well as cats due to being raised in pet friendly homes and having completed over 6 months of house sitting in New Zealand.
We are also home owners and know how important it is to have your house looked after while you’re away and will be very respectful, treating your home as if it was our own.
We are not planning to both work while completing house sits so one of us will be around most of the time to look after your pets and will be happy to take your furry friends on plenty of adventures if this is what they enjoy.
We know how difficult it is to go away without our pets and are lucky that all of our furry friends are well looked after. That is why we think we are a great option for looking after your furry family while you enjoy your break and can hopefully give you the peace of mind that they will be looked after and treated as if they were our own, which will include lots of cuddles, kisses, walks and zoomies.
We are confident walking dogs both on and off the lead and can adapt our lifestyle to meet the needs of each individual dog/cat. We love to hike and go on full day walks but are also content going for short walks and having lazy days at home, or going to people watch in dog friendly cafes.
We are happy to arrange Skype calls/Factimes with families to let you get to know us a little and talk about your pets, so we can get to know a little bit about their unique personalities, likes and dislikes so we can be as prepared as possible to look after your furry family members.

Rebecca and Ryan were awesome pet sitters. Communication was almost instant and the sit went so well our dog seemed depressed having us back home!
These two are besotted with all dogs and Striker was the centre of their attention the entire sit.
We returned home to a clean and tidy house with milk in the fridge for a welcome home cuppa!
We highly recommend these two and hope they are free for future sits.
We are grateful to both Rerbecca and Ryan for caring for our black Labrador, Fleur, for 6 weeks. They communmicated throughout with photos and took her to the vet when needed attention. They cared for the house as well and would recommend them to anyone who wants someone to care for their dog. A lovely couple we had full confidence in. All the best you guys!
Rebecca and Ryan are amazing housesitters couldn't recommend them highly enough. It's always hard leaving your fur babies, but we could totally relax and enjoy our holiday knowing Elmo was smothered in love we got lovely updates and little videos and could see how happy he was. Their communication is fantastic and nothing was a problem when some family and to come and get one of our cars, Rebecca and Ryan made it all very easy.

Ryan and Rebecca instantly made us feel comfortable with them in our home and caring for our higher needs rescue dog! It was like we had friends staying in our home, not strangers! They were so great to communicate with, coming for extra visits to get to know our girl, and giving her the best attention and love while here with her. Rebecca and Ryan were amazing.
They really went above and beyond for us and our girls. Our 2 large dogs and 3 chickens and fish were really well cared for.
From first meeting them I knew we could trust them. But we were blown away with how great they were. The house was left perfectly cleaned and the dogs were tired from all their adventures. We could tell our girls had the best time with their sitters.
We loved our photo updates and seeing how happy our girls were.

Rebecca & Ryan were amazing! Bhodi loved them, communication was great & they sent some pics & updates while we were away.

Rebecca and Ryan are easily the best house sitters we’ve had the pleasure of having. Easy communication, nothing was too much of a hassle. They treated our pets with the utmost love and care. I cannot thank them enough for loving our pets like their own while we were away.
Rebecca and Ryan took great care of our senior cat and dog, with updates throughout their stay to let us know they were doing well, which was much appreciated. Came home to a very clean and tidy house, and pets that had clearly been treated with much love and care.
We highly recommended them for future house/ pet sits.
Rebecca and Ryan were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for more. Harvey (my dog) absolutely loved them from the first moment. It made it very easy to leave him.
Harvey was very well taken care of. Rebecca sent regular updates with photos, in line with what I requested, during my time away.

Rebecca and Ryan are an awesome couple. Nothing was a problem to them at all. They looked after our house, and 25 pigeons, 18 fish and a 15 year old dog!! I think Rebecca fell in love with Sheba our old dog almost instantly and was incredibly patient at gaining her trust. Ryan looked after the pigeons and fish with ease! Rebecca & Ryan are the most loving people; they are kind, funny, honest and friendly. Hugo, our dog, loves them a lot.
They are part of our family here in New Zealand.
We will miss them a lot.

Ryan and Rebecca communicated thoroughly throughout the stay. I was worried I wouldn't find anyone quickly as I posted my house sit late however, they contacted me quickly and we setup a call to discuss. Reggie, Bennie and the cats enjoyed the company, especially Reggie who took a liking to Ryan.

Rebecca and her Partner were both courteous and provided daily updates of both Rolo and Clive. Communication was great throughout the stay. My place was left very clean and I think I've made good friends with them for the future. Please stay in touch.
