Hi there, I am a non-smoking, experienced pet/house sitter. When I am caring for your pets and home, rest assured, they will be my priority. As I do not have my own pets, I have extra time to care for yours and accommodate to their needs. I am happy to take them walking, swimming, or simply keep them company around the house if that is part of their usual routine. Always lots of cuddles and playtime too if that's what they like.

I can administer medications and groom (no clipping) your pets if needed. Pleased to make your life easier by watering the garden or taking care of any extras that may need attention around or beyond your home.

I'm healthy, in my 50s and enjoy the different locations, companions and peace and quiet that sitting brings. I have had many years of experience with a variety of wonderful creatures. House and garden proud, I will respect and care for your home as my own.

After a career lecturing both in Australia and overseas, I left my job and house to spend time assisting my then 90-year-old mother to relocate from the family home into a more manageable environment. I now work part time from home and like to help others care for their homes and beloved furry or feathered counterparts.

I understand the challenge that pets, and their humans, may be faced with when they are separated for extended periods of time. I aim to make that transition as seamless as possible by ensuring stability and continuum for your pets, and communication with you. If you wish, I am more than happy to update you on how they are faring and/or provide regular photos or videos of them.

Kris did an amazing job looking after our dog Chase. Just prior to our trip Chase injured himself and Kris was very accomodating with managing his subsequent care and vet visits. She was great at communicating and updating us on Chase's progress. She also picked up other health issues and worked with the vet to treat them appropriately. Kris has been a fantastic house sitter. She has taken great care with the dogs, exercising, organising play dates for them and sending us some gorgeous pics and entertaining updates. The garden has thrived under her care and the house was well cared for, clean and tidy. There were some plumbing issues while we were away and Kris was hands on with finding a solution. Kris was great. Communication was excellent. We needed a sitter at short notice and after a short handover felt completely comfortable with her looking after our precious labrador, cat , horse and property. She left the place ready for us to step right back into when we arrived home and we would certainly welcome her again in the future.

Kris was an excellent sitter- I cannot recommend her highly enough. The house was spotless on our return, the garden neat and tidy and most importantly our elderly cat Pearl was healthy and happy. We came home to a very happy dog and a sparkling clean and tidy house. Kris was a great communicator throughout and we really appreciated her letting us know that Jedda had an ear infection and taking her to Murray Bridge Vet Clinic and sorting out and administrating her medications. Kris did a great job looking after our house and 2 dogs. She was easy to deal with, gave us updates about the dogs, and left the house clean when she left. She also had to take one of our dogs to the vet when a health issue popped up, and did a great job looking after him.

Kris was the ideal housesitter for our 2 weeks away, taking excellent care of our home, garden and especially our 2 cats. She was an excellent communicator giving just the right amount of updates while still allowing us to have a break from daily life as we needed!
