We have both worked on farms in Germany where we mostly only had to deal with sheep. We have also often had to look after friends' dogs so this is not a problem either.

Dear host,
We are Felix and Tim, 2 students from Germany, who decided to do a gap year in Australia after finishing school (Abitur). We land in Brisbane on 11 December 2024 and have come up with the idea of spending the first few weeks house sitting, as we get on very well with animals and need to settle in when we arrive in Australia. We have read in several sources that house sitting is the best way to do this. We are both 18 years old, do a lot of sport and both have a cat at home. We also have a lot of experience with farm animals through various internships. We are available from 13 December to mid-January, so please get in touch if you are interested.
