Hello. Our wonderful adventure has been so far a great experience, with caring for beautiful fur and some feathered friends. This is our profile from September 2023, when we started our amazing trip from Tasmania. We both love family, pets/ gardening/walking/golfing and exploring. Own our own property in Ulverstone /Tasmania. Rodney recently retired from our own glass business, after 25 years. Rodney enjoys the veggie garden and general maintenance around our home. Couple of my long time jobs that I found suited me was, working in the day centre looking after the animals at Sprent farm school. Worked as a carer for many years in age care home. In our life it's been a big part to love, care and enjoy our family pets. We chose not to replace our 23 year old pussycat and Cassie was 14 years old schnauzer when she passed away, Decided it was our time to explore, play different golf courses and be more available to travel and care for family pets and homes as we would our own. We are tidy/ caring/reliable/ honest and non smokers.. We have a reference available from Lina! Our beautiful Airbnb owner from Perth. We have stayed regularly over many years. Still plan to stay in between sits and our motorhome. Also other references, written and verbal if required. Very happy to meet up before if able or communication via FaceTime & phone. Travelling to South Australia in November 2024 till early January 2025. Then onto Victoria! We’re booked back on boat to Tassie for end of January 2025.. Happy to answer any questions. We just got back from a 2 week holiday Rodney and Vicki took great care of our house and pets we were absolutely amazed at how well everything was looked after we have a pool and it was amazingly clean as was the house and gardens. Vicki even tidied my plastics drawer. We arrived home to find bread and milk vicki even left us some soup and homemade biscuits they even left us a thankyou note . But we are the thankful ones highly recommend them and would'nt hesitate to ask them to sit for us ... MORE

It was a pleasure to have Rodney and Vicki look after our fur babies and home while we were away. They kept us informed and upto date, looked after the home better than we do, spend heaps of time with our fluffies and all in all are a lovely couple to deal with. The second time Vicki & Rodney house sat for me was as fabulous as the first. I had a couple of nights between trips & they were so accommodating. My place was IMMACULATE & they did some lovely kind things around my property. My dogs were cared for so well - loving their walks & pats. I'm very grateful to have met such lovely people . Highly recommended.

*****AMAZING ***** Vicki & Rodney are super stars. They went above & beyond to clean up storm damage, empty & clean out my fridge and ensure all was safe after a freak storm hit the Perth Hills. The power was out of an extended period & they were so easy going & flexible & able to use their van. Great communicators & lovely lovely lovekly people. It was so reassuring being so far away & know all was well. And they did an amazing job looking after my doggos Mac & Amz. So good!!!!

Wow- 10/10 !!!! We could not be happier with our recent experience with Rodney & Vikki! What a lovely, caring and genuine couple. Their communication from the initial contact regarding the job to the wonderful reassuring messages and photos we received while we were away, to following up once we had returned was exceptional. We cannot thank them enough for being absolutely amazing with caring for our pets and home and making us feel so confident and relaxed to go away! Having them house sit for us was like having a friend come and stay: Rodney and Vicki are both very easy to get along with, are great communicators and I felt very comfortable leaving knowing that everything would be looked after. Rodney and Vicki did an amazing job looking after our family cat, tropical fish and our home for one month. We arrived back home to a very welcoming and clean house and one very happy cat. We cannot recommend Rodney and Vicki highly enough for the outstanding care they gave to our home, cat and fish. This was our first time leaving our cat in the care of others and it was a heart warming experience. We will lock them in for the next time we need sitters.
