We are non-smoking self-funded retirees with police checks and house-sitting references. We have been house sitting on and off since 2010 and we have experience in many different situations, including suburban properties, country properties and farms. We have looked after many varieties of dogs, cats, birds, chickens, fish, frogs, reptiles, farm animals and native animals such as possums and kangaroos. We are also experienced in pool maintenance, ride on mowers and some farm machinery.
We are house-proud homeowners and will therefore look after your home the way you would expect. We love animals and over the years we have provided a home for dogs, cats, birds, and a kangaroo, but we are now pet free and fulfill our love of animals through house sitting. We know what it's like trying to get away when you have pets that you love or gardens that need maintenance. We are both active people, we are keen gardeners and would consider it a privilege to care for your home, pets and property. By house sitting we are not only providing you with the opportunity to get away worry free, but we also get to indulge in our love of pets and gardening (if required). Geoff's work experience as a facilities maintenance officer means that he is quite capable of coping with just about any situations which may arise. No rating Geoff and Irene were fantastic house sitters. They agreed to do our house sit very last minute and changed their personal plans to fit in with us. They did a great job of looking after our two energetic and spoilt dogs and two chooks - they were all very happy and healthy when we returned. Geoff and Irene were great! From our first meeting we felt very comfortable and the dogs loved them! They kept in touch throughout and we came home to a spotless house and two happy doggos! I would absolutely recommend them!

Our time away was reduced to 1 week and delayed. Geoff and Irene still managed to come and take care of the house and our 1 year old Labradoodle, chickens and cows. It was lovely to not worry about the property and animals. When we arrived home everything was clean and tidy more than when we left. Would love to have them again.

Geoff and Irene were excellent house-sitters. The are a warm friendly couple who immediately got along well with our little dog. Definitely "dog lovers". They communicated well sending txts to let us know all was well. The house was spotless when we returned. I confidently recommend them as house/pet sitters and would happily have them again.

We would highly recommend Geoff and Irene, they are such a lovely couple, and when we meet them we felt at ease, even our anxious dog took to Geoff on first meeting. The communication was great, and we had updates of the dogs while we were away. The house was well cared for and the dogs were spoiled with all the cuddles, that they love. Geoff and Irene were lovely and I would highly recommend them to others. They cared for our dog, pony, birds, plants and home just as we would. We were so pleased to come home to happy pets, well-loved plants and our home cleaner than when we left.
