I'm an experienced, full-time house and pet sitter.
Melbourne's inner west is my favourite location because it allows me to walk to school and home again with my daughter, who lives with her mum, locally.
My reviews indicate that pet owners from aussiehousesitters are very happy with how I care for their homes and their special pets, and I have at least a handful of people that I now sit for regularly, and through positive word-of-mouth, I sit for their friends too.
I love cats. My 14 year old cat passed away a couple of years ago but pet sitting gives me a regular fix of cat love.
And I'm good with dogs: the very big, the very energetic, and those a little more laid back.
I'm also not bad at getting plants to thrive.
Tony is exactly what you want in a House Sitter! Great communication, very kind with our dear cat Sammy, and left the house sparkling clean! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a house sitter :)

Tony was great with our 10 month old spoodle, Tilly. He took the time to get to know us and Tilly, asking thoughtful questions about her routine and preferences. Throughout our trip Tony provided regular emails with updates and photos, which put us at ease.
Upon our return, we found our home in good condition, and Tilly was healthy, happy, and well-adjusted. We highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a reliable and caring house sitter. We’ll definitely be reaching out for future trips!

Tony visited prior to house sitting for a meet . He looked after the pets with care and kept the house neat and tidy. He corresponded regularly whilst l was away, and sent cute pics of the pets. Highly recommended as a reliable , trustworthy, house sitter.

Tony did a great job sitting for me and looking after Rexxi for a few days. He came and did a ‘meet and greet’ beforehand, and came to the house very early in the morning at the start of the sit as I had a very early flight. He kept me up to date with emails and phots which was really appreciated.
Tony is easy to communicate with and get along with, and I’d recommend him as a sitter. We hope we can have you back sometime Tony!
Tony was an excellent housesitter. I booked him at very short notice, which was so helpful. His communication was really good and l especially appreciated the summary of the housesit at the end eg how the animals had behaved, watering situation etc. The house was very clean when l got home. Most importantly, my 1,000 seedlings in tubes had been well looked after despite very dry weather, and Tony had also very happily watered the rest of a large garden. Tony has been great at looking after my house and Haku. I could tell Haku loves spending time with him. He's easy to talk with and very friendly. Would recommend him to anyone.
This was the second time Tony sat for us. One of Tony's best qualities is that he likes to be organised and prepared on all fronts to look after both house and pet. He took the time to come before we left so he could gather as much information as possible.
We were away for a festival which unfortauntely was cancelled a day before we were meant to return. This meant that Tony's stay had to be cut short. He was very understanding and we felt horrible to change Tony's plans.

Tony housesat for me over a long weekend and did a great job at looking after my two highly energetic, somewhat naughty/high maintenance spoodles!
Tony was always on time and communication was great.
The house was well taken care of and just as I had left it upon my return and my two spoodles were very happy!

Tony was such a great house sitter. His communication before during and after his stay was brilliant. He took great care of the house and pets and even went out of his way to get some special let food we needed! I’d highly recommend Tony!
Tony is a lovely guy who easily connected with our dog and cat. He communicated with us promptly prior to our trip and then at least every second day whilst we were away. The pets were well cared for and the house left near and tidy. Would highly recommend Tony and use his services again.
Our family were very pleased with Tony’s care and attention of our home and pet during a recent house stay of 3 weeks overseas. Tony was just amazing! He and Rupert bonded from his initial meeting before the dogsit. Rupert was obviously well looked after and well walked while I was away and wouldn't move from Tony's lap when I returned home! The house was spotless and tidy and I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a caring and engaging housesitter/dogsitter. I've already booked him to care for Rupert for my next trip away.

As soon as we met Tony, we knew he would be perfect to look after our boy. He is so personal, calm and professional. He was especially attentive to Oscar's personality and needs, demonstrating a real passion in what he does.

Tony was easy to communicate with, helpful, and wanted to meet us and our dogs before the sit with was great.
The house was left nicely, the dogs were happy. It was our first time using a house sitter so we were slightly on edge but Tony was a professional. When we got back the dogs were relaxed and you could tell they loved Tony. We will definitely use Tony again.
Tony was great! Very responsive online, happy to come round and meet the dogs early, patient with our shy doggo and kept us up to date while we were away!
Tony's communication was frequent and clear, clarifying anything as required and he also shared plenty of photos throughout the stay of Ruby, which I really appreciated. The house was spotless on my return which is always most welcome.

Tony was such a find! He looked after our house and 2 cats while we went to the states for 4 weeks. His communication was top-notch, and he went out of his way several times to be helpful when a few house-related things popped up. He seemed to genuinely care about our animals, too. Can't recommend him enough.
We were very fortunate to have Tony come and look after our home and beloved cat, Maximus. Tony was wonderful in taking care of our incredibly shy cat and winning him over with his patience and kindness. He was very well taken care of! Tony is great to communicate with and sent an update on our cat while we were gone. Would definitely recommend him and hope to have Tony house sit again for us in the future.
Tony is one of the best house/pup sitters we've had. He showed genuine care for our pups and home. His communication is fast and we greatly appreciated the pics of our doggos having a lovely time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and look forward to inviting him back to stay in the future.
Tony was a wonderful housesitter who truly cared for our little cat Timmy, while we were away for just over a week. The house was clean and looked after too, of course... but the most important thing for us, was Timmy was a happy boy! The two got along like good mates. :)

Tony looked after my senior cat (requiring a daily tablet) and my anxious grumpy dog for the weekend.
He quickly worked out a relationship of avoidance with the dog as suggested, which kept the peace.
Tony updated me throughout his stay with clear communication and I returned to two healthy boys.
Would recommend Tony and I have already arranged another sit from him.
Tony is a lovely man and did a great job looking after my home and cat while I took my first holiday outside Victoria in over 3 years. He was especially successful in bonding with the cat who can be flighty and timid. So nice nice to go away without worrying.
What a delight dear Tony is. After reading many great reviews we reached out to Tony to care for our old cat Coco whilst we went away for the weekend. From the first communication Tony was responsive, friendly and professional. He made the time to come over and meet us and Coco before the pet/house sit and was very thorough on all instructions on how to care for our old guy.

Tony is a dog whisper by nature. He's very gentle and kind with our sometimes recalcitrant spoodles. Our house was well cared for such a pleasure to come home to. There were some very hot days and Tony took good care of our plants and garden. We would highly recommend Tony to housesit.
Tony came to our rescue after our previous house sitter fell through at very late notice. His stay was for the first two weeks of January and in this time, enduring some of Melbourne's hottest days, which did take a toll on some indoor and outdoor plants. Tony is fabulous. Fantastic house and dog sitter, to an energetic Kelpie pup and a small horse sized great dane. I could tell from the first photo and messages how things were going. Nice to see photos of your smiling pups when you are trying to relax somewhere else.
