Hello,

We are a non-smoking, engaged couple who lived and travelled abroad for 4 years before coming home to Australia at the end of 2015. During our travels, we did quite a bit of couchsurfing throughout Japan, Russia, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Germany and Greece which we loved getting to know people in their own culture and environment in the different countries. These experiences taught us a lot of respect and care for other people's homes.

We are very happy to help out with the household from looking after precious family pets to watering or tending to the garden. So far we have looked after a number of different types of dogs, cats, fish, Macaw parrot, horses, chickens, Guinea fowl, snakes and a bearded dragon!

Rosie has been a teacher for 12 years and is currently Principal at a small school in Central QLD. Hedley works locally in the mine and has a good roster giving him time off. We throughly enjoy the outdoors and exercising to stay fit and healthy.

We are currently living near Biloela but looking to experience new places during school holidays, weekends or rostered time off. References are available and we prefer discussing all needs prior to the housesit to ensure all routines and requirements for the homeowners and their pets are communicated to us. Due to distance, this may need to be virtual on FaceTime or Skype.

They were willing to do Facetime in lieu of a meet and greet and left their house nice and early on Friday morning to ensure they arrived at our house to look after Poppy and Lawson. They sat for us at fairly short notice, did a fantastic job and left our home clean and tidy just as they found it.
