Jose & Javiera

Hi! We're a Chilean couple who have just arrived in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa and are currently living in Brisbane. We lived in New Zealand for a year, during which we did some pet sitting. We love taking care of animals, so we want to continue doing it in Australia.

We're passionate about animals and nature, we enjoy exploring new places and meeting people. Whenever possible, we love to take a moment to pet dogs we encounter on the street 😄
When we're at home we like to spend quality time together: watching movies/series, playing board games or cooking.

We stand out for being friendly, kind, affectionate, respectful and responsible. Throughout our stay in New Zealand we've lived in different shared homes and have been good flatmates, we do not smoke, we are tidy and clean.

Let us share a bit more about us:

Jose (28): I grew up on a small farm in southern Chile, surrounded by animals, which gave me the opportunity to learn from an early age to relate to them. Throughout my life, I have had dogs and cats as companions, and I have acquired skills to take care of different types of farm animals.

Javi (26): Since childhood, I have felt a special connection with animals, which led me to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle. Over the years, I've had exotic pets such as mice, gerbils, fish and even a small parrot. In addition, I always offer to care for the pets and homes of family members when needed, as I find great enjoyment in it.
