Peter & Donna

Donna and I are an easy going, recently retired couple whose children have nearly all flown the nest (one more to go!). We live in Harcourt in central Victoria in our own historic home which we have been busy renovating for the past twenty years. Donna being a florist has the most magnificent garden which requires a lot of tender care so we are well used to looking after gardens. We have had many pets over the years including two dogs, two cats, goldfish, turtle and half a dozen chooks at the one time in our menagerie. The last of our pets, our beautiful cocker spaniel Lailah passed away three years ago of old age. So as we now have no significant pets to worry about (goldfish in the outside pond don't count) we are spreading our wings and seeing a lot more of this wonderful country of ours. We are both non smokers, I'm a teetotaller and Donna drinks very sparingly.

We always respect the properties and the privacy of the owners of the house sits we do.

We will reply as quickly as we can, definitely the same day if not too late but not necessarily straight away.

Our availability from late October to mid March is very limited due to our presence being required at home. All the same it never hurts to ask as you might strike it lucky but please don’t be disappointed if we decline.
