Retired single; young of heart and mind, non-drinking, non-smoking, fitness fanatic that up until recently was involved in sports coaching of elite athletes (fitness, swimming, and triathlon).

I am looking to spend extended amounts of time in the Mornington Peninsula area in Victoria, or alternatively the Newcastle region in NSW - and to experience what these beautiful parts of the country have to offer.

My typical day is made up of my own training and recovery.
Most of the recovery is done in a nice little boutique coffee shop.
My time is now my own as I am fully retired.

My background was in the commercial agent, private Investigation, agency and security fields.
Over the past years I have also been involved as an elite sports/swimming/triathlon coach working with some of the more talented rising athletes in those sports.
House security along with property and pet wellbeing is exceptionally high on my agenda.

No house sit is too long, as I have no commitments or restrictions that can't be rearranged at short notice.

I like to appreciate new locations and the people associated with them. I am available to responsibly care for any pets. I am very pet friendly and I am extremely active and fit. Exercising and walking dogs (whatever size they may be) is not a problem.

I am hoping to hear from prospective house owners wanting a responsible, respectful, neat, tidy and fastidious....( I actually leave motel rooms cleaner and tidier than I found them ) house sitter that would treat other people's property and pets as though they were his own.
