As an animal lover and traveller, I've house sat in Greece, New Zealand and Bali for several years. I've been back in Australia since August (2024) and have been house sitting (by word of mouth) around Northern Rivers since then.
I'm skilled and sincere with taking care of everything from apartment aquarium shrimp to hobby farm 19 year old cats, to arthritic old fella dogs, to working farm cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks and horses. I have a knack, dedication and a patience with animals that goes far beyond the average Joe.
As a master gardener and permaculturist I take the same care and attention with my plant pals as I do with animals and have happily fulfilled homeowner wishes from weekly cactus waterings to large scale landscaping jobs while they're away.
I follow requests and requirements for feeding, exercise, medication administration etc to the letter and keep my living space clean and tidy (without using chemical cleaners). I eat well, I don't watch TV and I don't drink. I'm usually very quiet (except when I'm talking to the animals!).
